I use Twitpic for photos I take with a mobile phone.
Skitch for sharing screen shots.
Blip.fm for musical tweets.
I share my dugg articles and delicious bookmarks automatically on Twitter.
I often retweet to share interesting tweets too.

I hear that ffwd.com is the way to go for sharing video via Twitter
12seconds.tv sounds very interesting.

Thanks for the shout out about my 12seconds.tv vids. They are fun to do and don’t take a lot of time. My trick is to do several at once and then upload them daily. Great for bite-size info.
