I fill everything in correctly but after the two 'security words' there is nothing except the EULA box, no submit button, nothing to enable sign up. I have tried on four different pc's, three running windows 7 and one with vista, I have emailed twitter support only to be asked for my user name which I can't give because I CANNOT sign up in the first place, I am now at my twits end...
