Readers have continued to submit their Top Ten Must Follow lists for their own topics of interest and I continue to be amazed at the diversity of communities that are on Twitter. I think this post highlights that pretty well with 10 Must follow Diabetics Twitter users, 10 Must follow Liberals on Twitter and 10 Must follow Geocachers!
Tony Rose from Blogging Diabetes (@dsainsights) has put together his Top Ten Must Follows for the topic of Diabetes.
1. @askmanny
2. @bishop1073
5. @jaimieH
6. @karend1
7. @ninjabetic
8. @saraknic
9. @sixuntilme
10. @type1diabetic
Mike from Get Angry With Me put together his list of the top ten Liberal Political Tweeters:
Richard Fahey from Geocaching Journal put together a list of top 10 Geochachers to follow on Twitter.

@franklinbishop
Great list. You should now find users that love sports. Why did you think of the idea of finding users that are diabetics?
@rahuljrark
Must say that its an unexpected topic. It would have been great if you had featured people tweeting about Graphic Designing
@dsainsights
Thanks Darren for the Post!
@FreelanceTwins
Good list for sure, but @wonkette is a political blogger, not a liberal blogger. They bash dems just as much as repubs.
@STORYBOARDLIFE
maybe there should be a survey about what top lists the readers would like to see. BTY whatever list it is be sure to include my name in it
@hectorhenry17

@emcofnorthridge
How awesome to be on the top of the geocacher list! Wow… must tweet more…
@emcofnorthridge
p.s. geocaching is an international game/hobby/sport/obsession of hiding and finding things using latitude and longitude – perhaps a hint – see http://www.geocaching.com for more!
@mnboater
I am honored.

Thanks for the nod. Geocaching is such a great game. Blogging and tweetiing is just a natural extension of signing the log and posting a find online. Twiter is a great way to keep in touch with family and freinds
@getangrywithme
hey darren, thanks for posting my list of liberal bloggers and the link to GAWM – much appreciated! i’ve really enjoyed reading TwiTip and have been using twitter a lot more since subscribing here.
one note — there’s no “mike” at getangrywithme.com as noted in your post. i made my list in response to a commenter named mike who posted a list of political tweeters without mentioning that they were all conservatives. so that was my rebuttal — from jackie, not from mike.
keep on doing all the great work you do at TwiTip, Problogger and DPS. i can’t even imagine how you keep up with all of it!
@CacheAdvance
Great list of Geocaching Tweeples! I was pleased to see that I am happily following all of them already.
If you like a little adventure and a little technology (of course you do or you wouldn’t be here!) give geocaching a try. Now to peek at the other topics…
@adrianvolts
We need a Designer top 10 list, any pls
@deakaz
Great idea, and a cool way of getting introduced to the top influencers or most interesting users within a specific niche.
