		<description>Number 1 is a very important one. I have a couple clients in this type of business and they want to help people online but the confidentiality is an issue.  We&#039;ve been workign around it by saying to send a question and then they post it with no names but an answer so it helps the person asking and others listening too.</description>

6 to me is most important,, engaging and not kust dump links and leave.. twitter takes some work and time to get the best results.</description>
