Everyone before me have listed some apt peeves. All these things bother me at different levels.

Of late, one of my biggest peeves has been when a blogger tweets their newest blog post. Then RTs the RTs of that tweet. Then RE-tweets the new blog post 4 hours later AND RTs the RTs of that tweet. And repeats this process for two additional days.

Oh. And I don't like those "I got 450,000 new followers using blah-blah-blah.com" tweets. Those are annoying.

I'm new to Twitter - still finding my way around, and aiming to be a good twitterverse citizen. Obviously, no one likes spam - but I'm seeing a lot of people just blasting out the same get rich quick schemes. It's like standing in the middle of a crowded room and just screaming out random sell messages at passer-bys. Epic fail!

While spammers are my #1 pet-peeve, my second has to be the people who don't take a few minutes to write a mini-bio. I see this time and time again, from legitimate Twitter folk, who don't have a bio. They tweet and re-tweet religiously about some really good stuff, so why can't they find a few minutes to write that bio?!?!

Definitely spammers. I don't have time to weed through legitimate followers to see who I'd like to follow because there are so many spammers. Auto-follow (and auto un-follow) is on for me for that very reason, even though I hate it. I just won't give 7 hours of my time a week to spammers! I use TweetDeck to favorite the people who are actually interesting.

My Twitter pet peeve is people who follow me, I follow back, and then they unfollow me! I still haven't found a good tool that tells me who has unfollowed me recently. Any good suggestions?

The people who do nothing but retweet other people. If you don't have something worthwhile to say, SHUT UP!

I HATE when people tweet aimlessly every couple hours. If you are going to tell the world about your life either make it something interesting or do it in a manner that makes you want to read it. I don't want to read about someone 6 or 7 times a day when they have nothing to say.
